Johrita Solari

Johrita Solari is the Co-Founder, President/CEO of Solari Enterprises, Inc. a full service property management company specializing in the management of affordable multifamily housing. The firm’s corporate office is located Orange, California. She teams up with her husband and fellow Rotarian Bruce to create a working environment where a high level of ethics and integrity is maintained. 

Johrita is known as a leader and innovator in the field of affordable housing management.  She has 30 years experience with a portfolio consisting of more than 4,500 affordable multifamily housing units in 53 locations throughout California.

A Rotarian since 1993, joining the Rotary Club of East Anaheim. She served as Secretary, Treasurer, and served as President 1995-96. Johrita is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Anaheim. She has served Rotary as Assistant Governor, District Assistant Secretary, Member of the District Advisory Board, Member of the District Foundation Committee, Chair of the 2007 District Assembly, Member of the 2006-2007 District Conference Committee, Chair the 2007 Governor’s Ball, Member of Operation One Family Committee, Member of the 2008 Rotary International Convention HOC committee, and is a Member of the Paul Harris Society. Johrita was recognized as a 2007 Rotarian of The Year in District 5320. She is currently serving as one of two Executive Assistant Governors. Johrita has also participated in a Polio Plus National Immunization Day in Caborca, Mexico.

Rotary plays an important role in the Solari’s lives. Johrita and her husband Bruce are Paul Harris Fellows. They enjoy traveling and taking time out to scuba dive with the International Fellowship of Rotarian Scuba Divers. Bruce is a member of the International Yachting Fellowship of Rotarians. Johrita and Bruce have attended International Conventions in Japan, Copenhagen, and Salt Lake City.

They continue to be very active in community service working with various organizations among them, the Boys and Girls Club of Anaheim, the YMCA, and Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Johrita remains active in her trade associations where she serves on several Boards of Directors.

They currently live in Villa Park, California. Their two daughters Gianna and Tressa work with Johrita and Bruce operating Solari Enterprises, Inc.
