INTRODUCTION
This next year, almost 8,000 students from 80 countries will enrich their lives. They will see the world through the way it is best seen - from the inside out - through Rotary Youth Exchange.
The Rotary Youth Exchange Program offers high school students between the ages of 15 and 18 ½, whether from Rotary families or not, the opportunity to spend from a few weeks or up to a full year in a foreign country as an Exchange Student. You may review and print further information as indicated below.
This Web site is currently in the development process by the District 5320 Youth Exchange Committee, so you will be seeing changes for some time in the future. We appreciate your interest and we ask you to bear with us.
If you are a student, a Rotary Club Officer, an interested Rotarian, or a member of the general public, please go to our District 5320 Passport for a summary description of the program.
Our Youth Exchange Handbook is designed for use by Rotary Club Youth Exchange Officers and Committees, and also contains needed information for clubs on how to obtain local students to go outbound to foreign countries and what is involved in hosting inbound students. It will also provide a wealth of information for students and anyone else interested. The Handbook was drafted in 1999 and minor revisions were done in 2002. It is currently in revision, with an expected revised version to be posted in January of 2004.

Finally, below is a picture of our 2002-03 inbound students and our 2003-04 outbound Youth Exchange students, with our 2003-04 District Governor Allan Stark at our District Assembly in April of 2003. Don’t they look like they are having fun!
